Partnering with Persona

Usually, a partners page on a web site is a dull list of partners who you've either never heard of, or don't really care about. Hopefully we have a bit more to offer than that.

At Persona, we simply love doing what we do best - producing creative online user experiences and marketing them. So much so, we really don't mind doing it for other agencies too.

We have a very busy and active partner roster - agencies who choose to work with us as sub-contractors rather than get freelancers, losing projects or providing a poor service. There are 2 types of partnerships we offer at Persona:

1. White Label Partnerships

You retain the client relationship 100%. We provide our services to YOU as OUR client. If we ever need to engage with your end client (at a meeting or presentation for example), we do it white labelled.

Pros:

- End client doesn't know you've sub-contracted if they don't have to

- Discounted daily rates

- We don't invoice the client and they don't know what you've paid to us

Cons:

- You're responsible for the project and account management (e.g. Timescales, scope, budgets etc)

- You're responsible for liaising with the end client at all times (e.g. Sending files, getting briefs etc)

2. Open Partnership

For open partnerships, we're introduced to your end client as a partner on the project, but all commercial activity (including quotes and invoices) still go through you as the client 'owner'. We're effectively involved to provide a specific service and your client is pleased that you've brought the experts in.

Pros:

- Great discounts on our daily rates - a bargain in fact

- Priority scheduling of resources

- You still re-bill our services to your end client; with what ever mark-up you see fit

Cons:

- Well, there aren't any really, so long as your client relationship is suitable for this arrangement

Typically, different agencies are good for different things. The real power is in sharing the skills we all have and providing top-standard results every time.

Most of our partners are complimentary to us, in that we can do something they can't (and often vice-versa), so teaming up from time to time makes sense.
